Fall Classes
In this 4-hour class with Duke, you will learn how to use a lathe safely and leave with your very own wood-turned bowl. No experience is necessary. We supply materials and tools and provide step-by-step instruction and supervision in this low-ratio class. You’ll leave with the skills and knowledge to embark on your own wood-turning projects.

In this two-part beginner-level class, you will learn woodworking basics by building your own charcuterie board. You will learn how to make proper cuts, square up your wood, glue and clamp it together, thickness plane it down, sand it smooth, and finally finish it! This two-hour class is taught between 6 and 8 pm over two evenings, Oct 26th and Nov 2nd. No experience is necessary. Materials are provided and included in the cost.

Know someone who’d love to build something with their own hands? Treat them to a beginner woodworking class. They’ll pick their project: a charcuterie board or a cutting board (more classes coming in the new year).
Over two fun evenings, a week apart (6–8 pm), they’ll learn to cut, square up, glue, clamp, plane, sand, and finish their project. Then they’ll take it home and use it for years.
No experience needed. It’s a great fit for the upcoming holidays, birthdays, or just because. You can purchase multiple ones for a couple, a family or group experience. Youth under 16 need a parent along. The parent is welcome to just watch, or grab a gift card for them too and build side by side!
